look at job, give a free estimate. Pull necessary permits. Go over scope of the job and keep customer informed at all stages.

Class C omaha building permit.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I bid on free estimates. Jobs and finishes can vary significantly. And an accurate estimate is better for both me and the customer. So all know what is included in the job.
How did you get started in this business?
I first did fire and water damage. Then I worked for a builder, then 3 high end remodeling contractors. And finally self employed after mor than 30 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Whole house remodels. Additions. Kitchens, baths, basements, decks, and even small repairs

I added on three additions onto one house. Living room,sun room, porch, and garage
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get a detailed estimate to eliminate a bunch of extra charges. My bids are sometimes higher but I include everything and do not give vague estimates.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
