I love building houses and doing work on houses smile livelihood it's all I've ever done is all I've ever known I was always. Talk as a child you got to love your job cuz if not you're not going to want to do it so I found something that had a passion for because I love when it was over you can sit back and see if customers face or you can just sit back and look at what you've done and know that you done that has an amazing feeling.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out and look everything over and give you a price while I'm there then if you want to move forward I write up the contract and we set a start date. I don't do like most companies and ask for half up front I don't ask for any money until the end of the first work day after I've brought all materials and we have worked a full day then I get half then no more until the job is 100 percent complete and the customer has looked it over then I get the other half.
