What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new customer we usually start the process by getting the basic information such as phone, address, email, what type of service they want. After that, we will schedule a time to come and see the house, or we will schedule a virtual walkthrough, this will enable us to give the client an estimate. Once the estimate has been agreed upon we typically schedule a time to come clean the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience in residential cleaning and 4 years of janitorial cleaning services. 15 years of experience in customer service.

How did you get started in this business?
I decided to start a cleaning business because at one time I was a single working mom and all I wanted most evenings after work was to go home and relax with my babies. However, that was rarely ever the case. I started looking into housekeepers and everyone that I looked at charged way more than my budget would allow. So I did some research and decided I had enough background experience to open my own cleaning business

I have worked with many different types of customers. Elderly, mid-age, younger, married, single, kids, or no kids
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I clean for an 80-year-old woman and her husband. I Love cleaning for them because of the stories they tell me and the things I have learned from her. Older women are very picky about how their beds are made and how their house is cleaned. Ms. Betty has taught me how to properly make a bed and a few other tricks. She is also hilarious.
