Hi and welcome! My name is Melissa Longnecker and I started my business in 2004. I wanted to provide services that would help provide families with more free time to enjoy life! I became a certified professional professional organiser in 2008 after realizing that without organization, homes become dirtier more quickly. Customer satsification is my top priority! Our rares are much more affordable that people think. Studies have shown that an organized environment reduces stress, save time and improve moods! My clients are always treated with honesty, integrity and dependability!
I enjoy helping provide my clients more free time to spend as they wish instead of doing household chores. It makes me so happy and proud when I receive calls from clients expressing thier gratitude. They are organized and able to locate things more quickly, proud to invite people to thier homes and overall more satisfied with thier lives. I am blessed to be able to provide services that bring others so much joy. Standing back and admiring the finished product makes me so proud. Helping others truly is a great job to have! I don't even see it has a job, it's my passion and definitely my calling!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially meet with a new client in person. I feel face to face meetings are more personable and since my services involve working in my clients home, I want them to feel at ease and comfortable with me. I ask questions pertaining to their job request along with questions about them. Such as they do have pets, children, what do they expect, what is the most important thing they want me to accomplish, thier dislikes concerning cleaning and organizing. How often are they wanting to schedule additional cleaning. I use this introductory meeting to design a custom cleaning and/or organizing service that is tailored to thier specific needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified Professional Organizer through NAPO, National Assocation of Professional Organizers since 2008. I recently completed my Associates Degree in Interior Decorating and Design. I am constantly reading and educating myself and employees on new cleaning ideas, tips, green cleaning products and ways to improve upon our craft.

My prices are based on a per job basis. Every one and every job is unique. I offer fair, affordable rates for every job. Discounts for Firefighters, military and teachers are available.
