What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the new customer to arrange a day and time to come by for a housing appointment so we can give him or her a quote. The customer shows us the house. We give them a quote. The customer let us know if the quote is acceptable. If we and the customer agree, the customer tells us when we can come back to clean the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certified nursing assistant certification since 2001.
How did you get started in this business?
I started local and branched out from there. I used Service Magic and other lead generating services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with all kinds of customers from the young to the old. I worked all classes of people too.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I helped a client clean a spill of tea on her kitchen floor. I was quick to respond when she called me. I took care of it quickly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It would be good to schedule a housing appointment for a quote for a pro to see what needs to be done.
