What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what it really is the customer wants. Figure what is needed to provide a solution. Tell the customer the cost and time to repair. Test for functionality. Answer any additional questions the customer may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Dell, IBM, and Lenovo. I have acquired the necessary certifications needed to gain employment with those companies.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Based on the description of the problem, I charge a set price. Otherwise I charge $25 per hour. Whichever is less.
How did you get started in this business?
It all started in college when I got my first Pc. It kept breaking down. At first I watched closely as my peers repaired it for me. I started to fix my own problems once I understood how it works and I have been working on them ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked mostly with personal residences, some businesses. I particularly enjoy working for small medical practice offices.
