What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for a walk through in the property just to calculate the supplies and measure the lawn to give a fair price.
Listening all the details on the requests to do the job.
Normally we spent more time the first time service after that we make a plan to do the maintenance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My oldest brother he brought a small ranch and he love to create different landscape on this propery in California so the weather was in excellent condition to do a lot in this property and my brother ideas.
And then some people when they pass by in the house they stop and ask how we was doing different projects around the house and they ask if we can do some similar jobs .
And after some time we open a company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my customers are private residential
But we have commercial jods too(condominiums complex, apartments complex.
Nothing industrial or factories
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are in the season (spring), so is very excited to look how all the people want to see the front yard and back yard neat and clean.
This last job was 8000 sf.
Beautiful grass open area but this graas was 12 inches long so take me more time than I expected but on the end was very nice to see a big smile on the customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Quality not a companies who send 5 o 8 employees to do a simple show to impress.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Time to be reliable asking the window time to come to the property some companies said 8am and they show by 11am .
So be realistic and undertand a window time for example 8amto 11 am so the home owner knows least this time window.
