Billy came to give estimate & texted to inform me when he would arrive. I think he gave a
fair price to do what he needs to in order to play catch up after a young man stopped showing up without notice. Hopefully we can renegotiate the price after the 1st mowing. Hes easy going, answered my questions & wasnt in a hurry. He had his wife with him & it was nice to meet her. I look forward to his services.

I get 50 dollars a yard up to 1ac and goes up from there 125a load to haul off debris and 15 dollars a bush to trim
