Not sure of whirlpool brand refrigerator kept calling someone else FaceTime to figure out problem! Charge taxes to fee unbelievable just to analyze! Couldn’t give me a price HORRIBLE

Our Samsung fridge was broken. We called STL. They ordered the broken parts and when it arrived, he cane right away on a Saturday evening and fixed it. All well now. Great service. Very professional and courteous.

Such an incredibly responsive and helpful company. My mothers fridge died during a huge heatwave and their team communicated with us and assisted with the removal of the old fridge and installation of the new one. Couldnt have asked for better customer service or transparency in pricing, services, and timelines. Fingers crossed no more appliances die on us this summer, but now I know who Ill be calling any time its needed! 💕
