What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet with a new client we spend a few minutes to go over any concerns and problem areas to be cleaned. We also explain what they can expect during and after the service is complete, including details of the cleaning process and care afterwards . Next we measure the areas to be cleaned, how many cleaners the job take and the time it takes to complete. We write and present a quote to the client and upon approval we then start the cleaning process.

There's no job too big or too small. For that readyour pricing method is different. Some jobs are based on square footage others by the time and the amount of cleaners it will take to do the job right the first time.
