Our regular Maintenance Cleaning are more thorough than most companies deep clean. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential client reaches out for an estimate. We have a questionnaire to ask questions and help get a better understanding of the customers home and their needs with that information we compose a quote and then email it with more information about our services. From there the customer can call, email or text us back to discuss further if we need an in-person/ in-home quote or to go ahead with the scheduling and that goes for our Cleaning as well as Home and Lawn Services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the clean industry for over 10 years. My husband who runs the home & lawn care side of the business, has been in his field over 15 years. Personally I have a Love (or maybe compulsion..lol) for cleaning my entire life. It is just a natural skill and the instant gratification of a job well done for all of the services we offer.....from cleaning to organizing and decluttering to Landscaping projects, lawn maintenance, home repairs, it's just in our DNA to do quality work.
