What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply call us and set up your appointment. The technician will arrive to your home on the day and time mutually agreed upon. The technician will evaluate the problem and provide you with an estimate to do the repairs. There is no service call fee when the estimate is approved (a $69 value). If a part is needed to complete the repair, a deposit of 50% will be do prior to ordering the part and the other 50% when the repair is complete. We back our work with a 90 day guarantee, you may also choose to purchase a membership plan which includes many great advantages and discounts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are factory trained and authorized to work on or install your type and brand of appliance.

Our repairs are based on a flat rate so you never pay hourly for our services. This benifits both you and your wallet.
