What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out personally and meet with the customer and go over the kind of work that they want done. Then usually within 24 to 48 hours they will have a professional proposal that is very detailed in what is going to be done and how much that the project will cost the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
29 years in the business. My dad had a landscaping business in Oklahoma my entire life and his father my grandfather was a nurseryman. I could have been anything under the Sun but this is what happened and I love what I do.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Free inspections on sprinkler systems for all new customers. And that means that I do a complete system check to see what is or what isn't wrong with the existing sprinkler system. On new landscapes or new drainage there is no sit pressing because no job is exactly the same as the last one. So that wouldn't tell me putting my eyes on the job and then personally sitting down and writing up a professional proposal for the work they're needing done.
