Although we were not able to complete the move as planned, I appreciated Dmason for his prompt and courteous responses and his patience in explaining how the process works. I felt like he was very easy to communicate with and would recommend him to someone else. My decision not to hire Dmason had nothing to do with anything on his end; it had to do with circumstances on my end.
