What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First things first, we need to walk the house and be able to discuss exactly what services the customer wants.  This gives us not only the opportunity to give an honest, specific estimate to our clients but it also gives us a chance to get to know one another.  After identifying their needs and the costs of the service, the only thing left is identifying the date and time that the service can be performed.  We do our best to discuss everything upfront, so our customers can relax and no longer have to have the stress that comes with trying to keep their homes clean.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been cleaning houses for 15 years.  I started working for other companies until I realized that I was never going to be able to perform the job correctly working for someone else.  They were always looking to cut corners and maximize their profit.  I wanted to provide an excellent service at a affordable price.
