What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come see the project and meet the customer and walk through all aspects and options to begin with. Then we will take all the info and measurements gathered and develop a detailed project proposal. If any changes are desired we work through them from that point. When we are in agreement with all aspects of a project we then schedule the work to be performed. Once all work is finished one of our managers will come out and do a final acceptance walk with the customer to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of the project.
