I do the kind of work I am glad to put my name on.
I am a Sabbath keeper, so I stop work @ 4pm Friday, until sunset Saturday. Emergencys will be considered.
My skill are a gift from G-d, I purpose myself to do the very best work can, that l will a blessing to those he sends to me.He will continue to bless the works of my hands when honor him by doing my best and dealing fairly with his children.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make it a point to allow the customer to set the work follow. Then I will take steps to be as accommodating as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my working life has been some form of structural or equipment repair. I see my work as G- d sees his creation. I am just as good at restoration as he is. I never give up until all option are exhausted.

I like to travel, meet new people, be a blessing were ever possible and make fair and reasonable profits.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Very demanding, manipulative, elderly on fixed income and totally unaware. The objective is always the same, help if I can.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A few weeks ago, a single mother was hearing abnormal sounds from her wash (LG). It turn out the unit was never balanced during install. I balance it but it didn't completely correct the noise. It did greatly reduce it. Because it was used for long period of time out of balance, this excellerated the ware of tub suspension. I inform her at some point they would have to be replaced.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Watch multiple videos on YouTube, to give them an idea what to listen for when the tech attemps to assess their problem. Plus if they somewhat handy they may be able to do the repair themself.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If they google their problem and watch enough videos most of there problems should be answered. This wil equip them knowlege to know if they have a qualified tech at hand.
