Whenever my clients, or potential client calls, I answer the phone, and make time for them.
After diagnosing their equipment, I tell clients what the options are to fix their equipment.
I like helping my clients when their computers and laser printers break down. I want their equipment back up and running.
I provide a loaner laptop, and order printer for a nominal charge, while theirs is being repaired. I don’t want my clients to have and down time.
