What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As I'm walking through my customer's home, I'm asking if what products is preferred. I start building report by asking my customers what times and days are good for my team to come over. I ask to complete a deep clean if necessary to start off on a completely clean home and maintain the home preferably every two weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all the college prerequisites completed for entering nursing school. I have put my education on hold for now to build a business that I truly love.
