customer calls into office . we make sure we service there area and that we service there product.
take down info and scedule them for that day if possable usualy the next day

but the who company does fatory training on a wide selection of units, and we attend all the industry conventions and training seminars

flat $90+tax to come out and diagnose #70 each additional unit , flat $130 to install plus materials and taxes

began over 30 years ago with father in his appliance repair and sales shop

everything for corporate ceo's to the elderly ,, people born and raised here to those i need google translate to communicate with them lol
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
call and speak to us.. sometimes you dont need repairman we can tell you on phone ,, sometimes i can tell ya your better off buying a new unit
