As a Master Painter, originally from Michigan, I have over 35 years painting experience. Since moving to the Charlotte Area in 2006, I have built a solid, well known presence from Lake Norman to Marvin. My company has provided consistent and quality service and I am happy to provide references. We have painted for some of the most beautiful homes and in 2017 were proud to have completed a large project a the Peninsula Yacht Club in Cornelius!
From basic painting to faux finishes, our quality can't be matched. I have a great eye for color and am happy to provide a color consultation for any project. I provide quotes free of charge and when hired, I never ask for money up front. Payment is collected upon job completion.
I look at painting as a craft which I have honed over the years. I have a great eye for color and detail and really enjoy working with my customers to help them acheive the aesthetic they are looking for. A home is a huge investment and helping people retain and even restore value and gain enjoyment out of their surroundings makes my job worthwhile!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free quote. When the customer hires me, we set up a date and go over color choices. I will contact the customer approximately 24 hours prior to hire date just to go over a few things and then we start, typically @ 8 a.m.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Painter a designation I recieved while working in Michigan after performing required duties as an apprentice. With over 35 years experience I have extensive knowledge of paint, stain application.

Each job is different, so no standard.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working summers during high school. After a year as a Sheriff's deputy, there was a large lay-off. I decided to try my hand at owning my own painting business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from trades people to CEO's; from young to retired age! One of the great things about this job is I meet so many different people!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I painted the kitchen cabinets for a wonderful senior couple saving them thousands in replacement costs. The wife sent me a a very sweet text message several weeks later saying that my work was a blessing to her!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Ask for referrences and don't be afraid to trust the pro that you decide to hire!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think it's important to find out if any payment is required up front. I am proud to say that my services are paid for when the job is complete!
