What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to make getting home repairs as simple as possible. We usually like to schedule an estimate appointment that way we can get to know the customers needs better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years working in different aspects of home repair. I am HVAC certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For us to be able to serve the uniqueness of each problem customers might have we usually charge by the job.
