I have been repairing lawn equipment for 3 years in the rock hill/ ft mill area and have been in the automotive industry for 7.

How did you get started in this business?
I was given a broken lawn mower and I needed it running. After that I started tinkering more with them until I saw a need in my community to have someone fix them quick. The rest is history.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A retired school teacher contacted me for a repair on her riding mower. I was informed that the manufacturer could not even fix this mower for her and the local dealership was of no help. After a couple of days of testing and inspecting her riding mower I found a simple manufacturer defect and remedied it with a couple of zip ties.
She was overjoyed that she could use her mower to cut her acreage again. She wrote me a nice letter expressing her gratitude and that she had already recommended my services to all of her friends!
I was glad that my hard work paid off for her...oh and she sent a check in the mail as well!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Give all of the details of your problem and then expect nothing less than professionalism from your service provider!
