What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet the customer and check out their mower on the spot. Get info and give the customer my upfront diagnosis fee. Which will take half off if service is performed. I am the lowest price mower tech in town that has owned and operated a larger shop and in the process of growing again. I am not a back yard tech and do not do things the shade tree way. You are paying less for my service which is from big box style. I buy the same parts as they do and keep the price lower than they do with the same quality.

Been working on cars, equipment, mowers blowers weed eaters for over 30 yrs
