What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer calls in, emails, or text. Once we receive a call or so on, we normally respond back within an hour or less depending on if we are with another customer at the time of your call. We will then call you back, get some info and schedule you a day to come out and do a consultation/estimate.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
*** NOTE : Because of high fuel prices and inflation cost, our prices have went up. We have to do this in order to be competitive and stay in business. It is our hopes that the economy issues will be resolved here in the near future so that we can bring down our prices for our customers. Thank you for understanding! President of the Company. ***
Landscape - $150 per hr.
Irrigation Repair - $150 per hr.
Irrigation Install Residential - $1800 per zone
Irrigation Install Commercial - $2,200 per zone
Sod Material, Delivery, and Installation $850 per pallet *** Sod type cost different ***
Yard Prep before Sod is laid $85 per hour
Plant Planting is charged x 2 of the container size. Example : 3 gallon plant x 2 = $6 to install

There is not one type of customer we work with. We work with all types of customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always be ready to hire. Contractors do not take well to customers having them come out and give a estimate for a project you are not ready to do. It costs the company a average of $100+ each time a contractor comes out to give a free estimate to a customer. Now, think about that 1 contractor doing this over a year. It cost them on average of $20K loss if the customer is not ready. If you are 3,6,9, or 12 months from starting your project, start looking for a contractor 2 or 3 weeks out from the start of the project you want to do.
