What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give us a call, let us know what you need and we’ll give you an estimate right then and there.  MaidPro does not do high pressure in home sales. We'll work with you to customized a clean that's right for you. If you don’t need us to clean all the rooms in your home, just choose our Priority Clean — where we focus on the areas of your home that you select.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every PRO, before going into homes must complete the MaidPro University courses. Only the will they go out with a seasoned veteran for tips, mentoring and observation. Finally they can be sent out on their own. But even then, MaidPro completes regular quality assurance checks on every PRO.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We have a detailed estimating system. Since every home is different we really cant just give a flat price. Instead we weigh all the factors involved. Just one example would be the frequency we clean your home. The more often we come the deeper the discount. Discounted or not, your satisfaction is always guaranteed ot we reclean the area for free!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All of our clients have the same thing in common. They are busy people! We sell time. We've worked with all kinds of blue collar folks, white collar professionals, and even some professional athletes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Don't trust just anyone in your home. You may save a few bucks by hiring an individual but you are also taking a risk. Are they bonded? Insured? Professionally trained? Background checked? Uniformed? Are the operating their business legally? At MaidPro you can rest assured that we have all these things covered. We are the employer. Not you. That releases you from liability if someone should slip and fall in your home. Also, do a google search on them. Do they have a questionable history with the better business bureau? All these thimngs are important to us and we think they should be important to you as well.
