What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will either drop off computer/unit at location or I will pick up computer/unit. The customer will pick up or I will return the fixed computer/unit usually within 24-48 hours.
How did you get started in this business?
I have 20+ years in computer repair. I never intended to become a computer repair technician but my family and friends would always contact me with their computer repair needs; thus, I became the go-to person for computer services. I thoroughly enjoy my work and would be happy to help anybody in need of affordable computer services.
