We have been in business since 2004. We were established in Akron, Ohio and branched out to Rock Hill, SC about 4 years ago.
I enjoy being able to resolve issues for people, while being able to explain to them what happened, how it was fixed and they can actually understand. I do not speak GEEK to normal users and they love that!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them check into my repair system and EVERYTHING gets tracked. They are notified on diagnosis results and can decline or accept the repair from there. Once job is completed, they are notified and can pick up the device when ready.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 24 years in IT skills and experience and Lvl3 Master Certified in Mobile Device Repairs.
How did you get started in this business?
Started learning IT stuff when I was about 10 years old in my Grand-fathers garage. He had a Texas Instrument that was DOS based, before Windows 3.1 ever existed. I just fell in love with IT and kept progressing from that point on.
