What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a request for a free quote is initiated, we want to meet personally with the prospective client. Although we can estimate a project cost over the phone, the quote may not be accurate. This can result in unnecessary higher costs. Many factors are considered when generating an estimate. Terrain, size of trim, height of ceiling, amount of material required, preexisting damage or repairs needed, etc.
Every project is different, including budgets. What may be required for one client, may not be required for another with a similar project.
90 percent of our estimates are given in person. This also allows discussing the project in depth with a prospective client to ensure complete satisfaction.
