I carry 1 million dollars of workmans comp and liability insurance. I have 3 painters that I personally trained.

Learning there needs. Answering guestion. Leading them in the right direction on color, guality of paint. How much time job will take. Fixing any issues that come up promptly.

I am self taught. Keep up with trends. Read all news letters on different topics pertaining to my industry. I have been show cased in Sherwin Williams magazine.

in our area the is a price per sq. ft. for interior work. Other than that. I look at a job across the shape the job is in and ask customer what that are looking for as final results
How did you get started teaching?
I have a good eye for the way things are supposed to look. If it's not perfect or as close to perfect as I can get it with the conditions of what I am painting.

stripped wallpaper in a house built in the 30s. Plaster walls. Had to re build plaster walls to smooth, prime and paint 2 coats

research as much as possible. Then call someone who had been in business as long as I have that has all the knowledge to make there project look the way they have I pictured in there mind
