Smokey Mountain Small Engines was started in 2006, but the experience extends way further back than 2006. It all started, while in High School, working for a family member whom, to this day, still owns and operates a small engine repair shop. That lasted, on and off, for the better part of 10 years. Since then, Smokey Mountain Small Engines has been extablished and is a fully functioning repair shop today. We offer pickup and delivery as well as parts and advice. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When all customers contact Smokey Mountain Small Engines, they will be asked a few questions concerning their equipment and the issues they are having. From there we will set up a time to either, pickup the customers equipment or have the customer deliver their own equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us at Smokey Mountain Small Engines used to work in the automotive manufacturing facility. We were Quality and Process Engineers. We both have vast knowledge of the workings of an internal combustion engines as well as the workings of mowers in general.
