What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I first review my bid sheet from the initial free bid. I check if all the information is correct on this form with the customer. At the bottom of this form there's a section for the things they would like me to focus on while cleaning. I also walk through the house with them. They tell me their idea of clean, then I tell them my idea of clean and then we work out a routine. I want the customers to be satisfied so that means we have to have the same expectations for a clean home.
