I can’t say enough about the team at Cleaning Concepts. We requested a massive, deep-cleaning job at my dad’s house while we were preparing it for sale. The crew did an exceptional job, top to bottom, and even came back out a second time at no added cost to address a few additional spots. Our interactions with Connie and Jeff were always courteous/pleasant and they went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to our liking. A true A-team.

Mandy, Vickie and another gentleman who joined them later (my apologies for not catching his name) are an awesome team! They did a thorough cleaning on our new home before moving in. They worked on our home from 8:00am to 5:00pm to make sure that no spot was missed. It is relatively an older house but after the service Mandy and Vickie provided, the place looks brand new. They and their company are indeed worthy of emulation by other cleaning professionals. We are very satisfied with their service and will recommend them to our closest and dearest friends and family in a heartbeat!

Cleaning concepts did a fantastic job cleaning our house. We have a 5 month old baby so we dont have the time or energy to do anything. They got us in the day after we called and did a Fantastic job deep cleaning our house. It looks better than when we moved in! Highly recommended

I was easily able to research, book, and pay for my services online, and Connie called me herself the next day to confirm all of the details. When the scheduled appointment arrived, the two lovely employees arrived 15 minutes early and were nothing short of professional and friendly. Lovely company. Nothing short of awesome from making the appointment til the crew left. Everyone I spoke with was kind and polite. The cleaners, Mary and Tara, were excellent, on time, friendly, and efficient. They were amazingly thorough, to the point of cleaning each of the irrational number of rubber ducks I have hanging out in the bathroom. Will be referring this company to anyone who asks, and will definitely be using again. Thanks, guys!
