I am a very organized and detailed cleaner. I clean top to bottom starting at the ceiling knocking down the cobwebs
and the rest is making sure everything gets cleaned nothing gets skipped over. I clean what I can reach and have no problem using your step stool for things I can't.
The best part of it all is when the customrer tells me how good it feels to be in a clean home. And it will be clean!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I arrive we do an initial walk through so we can discuss what needs to be done in all the rooms. I let them show me what they want done and I do my best to see to it that it gets done exactly how they want it to be done.
Many times I have seen cleaners go in and tell the home owner what they will do.And nevermind what the customers need. That is not the way it works .
It is the customer who gets to say what they want done. They may be charged additional for something that is excessive of what we concider norm,but we will do it. We only charge extra if the added on detail will take more than 15 minutes.
