I am a certified trainer/ inspector and team lead in Kansas for professional residential and commercial cleaning.

I have over 25+ years experience with commercial and residential cleaning.
I started cleaning with my mom , my best friend when I was 16. First job I had was a commercial business, for a construction company in Minnesota, over 3 year working as a team with my mom. Then for my uncle in Minnesota where I originally was born and raised. Another commercial account I did was with my family. We cleaned the “Mann Theatre's, started 10 pm nightly. We had 3 different Mann theater buildings, in 3 cities around the suburbs with a total of 24 auditoriums, and be done by 8 am. After 8 months, I went solo with my boyfriend and took over all the auditoriums.l cleaned for my uncle who owns a huge carpet cleaning business. My biggest priority is to always listen to the clients, no matter what! Whether it's areas needing attention per their request, or just stories they tell me.
Listening to details of work needed done, and odds n ends is a crucial step in being trustworthy and following through with specific tasks they request. I always strive for the solid business/ clientele relationship, that means alot to me and definitely is 1 of the top priorities in building up a good business relationship with all clients and being consistent and punctual.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a free walk through for a visual with client. If there is any specific special requests for services needed. If any specific cleaning products that are to be used, or any order of rooms/ areas to be done first. Prioritize demands of clients needs.
Address any questions and concerns about services needed and would be performed, per clients decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 26 years experience in the cleaning industry. Commercial and Residential properties. I am insured. I only take 1 person with me every time for privacy and comfortability and knowledge of knowing same cleaning professionals come every time as needed.
