We are a family owned business in St. Charles, MO. Having been in business since 1996, we have been successfully providing IT support to both individuals and companies. We have clients in many states and are able to do most job remotely without having to see the computer. We do have a store front located in St. Charles, MO. Our Services included help desk support, customer built computers, computer repair, and VOIP phone service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to establish the scope of the issue. That way all the parties involved have a clear understanding of what is going on with their devices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are CompTIA A+ certified and pursue Microsoft certifications. With the IT field there are many vendor certifications that can be earned and are techs completed vendor certifications when they are necessary.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. Our largest customer has over 350 computers, and our smallest is mom and pa. We have worked on issues from setting up Exchange servers in a hybrid enjoyment to maintain SQL servers. One the consumer side our biggest item is virus removal and speeding the computer up.
