What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once jobs are booked I will get in touch with the customer to follow up with them to get a description of the job as well as getting all information needed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the moving industry for over 18 years I was supervisor at Fry Wagner, mayflower, Grable, rent a vet movers and two men and a truck.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business whenever I started working with Fry Wagner. Being promoted in company and being on site, I knew it was something that I really loved and wanted to do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with so many amazing customers from all races and they have all been great I wouldn't change anything
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There was a customer who had a huge mirror on her wall that was there for 15 years and it was anchored on the wall and she cannot get it removed from companies that she has hired before but I was able to get the mirror removed and also delivered it to her new home and she was very pleased
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would just advise the customer to ask the professional questions regarding the job and from there they should have a clear mind on whether or not they are serious about their job or not
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would advise the customer to ask the professional what will be provided by the professional and what do the customer needs to provide
