What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out exactly what the customer is wanting done, go over the project in detail with the customer put it in writing as we discussed then at bottom of contract let the customer know that if there's anything different added there will be additional charges. Then we have a start date, sign contract. Do the project, and have another happy customer. All I ask in return as a favor refer me to your friends.
