What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer drops off equipment needing to get repaired, I diagnosis the equipment, contact customer with diagnostic that was found, give customer quote for parts and labor, the customer can decide if they want to have their equipment repaired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a full time mechanic. I attended UTI and obtained an associates degree in automotive, diesel and industrial technology. I have 10 years of mechanic experience.

I charge a 50$ diagnostic charge that is applied to the total bill and each job is priced depending on the scope of work needed.
