What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First of all is to listen to our customer on their needs and what they would like to do. Then walk with them looking at there project and getting a good idea and to make some suggesions to them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education is getting out there and doing the work. Life has many lessons to teach us and by working and not being afraid to try. Books can teach us so much but getting out there doing it. It' the greatest teacher of all. I do have degree in BA, BS.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We have prices on the work we do. It varies on the job itself, how diffiult it can be to the most simplest job.

How did you get started in this business?

I started this business after I got out of the military. United States Army served for 12 years. I started off with Murry 20 inch push mower. Had a wrench and socket in my pocket to change the mower heights for my customers that would request a different height to cut there lawn. I was taught to work hard and provide good customer service. And the most important part is to give God all the glory for without him i would not have any of this at all.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with many customers from home owners to big corporations. We treat all our customer' the same. With being honest, upfront, interigty, loyalitly

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they have general liability, workmans comp. This way you know that they are covered if for some reason something should happen on the property.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How long have they been in business, can they provide some references.
