Nothing falls through the cracks.Having served in the military for more than a decade, our owner started Galvan's Lawn and Landscape with nothing more than a wrench, ratchet, and push mower. Today, we serve clients throughout Lee's Summit, Missouri, and the surrounding areas using state-of-the-art lawn equipment and a natural talent for rejuvenating lawns.
First I get to work with my son who is my partner. And meeting all the different people that we work for. Building up trust with our customer's. All of our customer's we have been doing business with more than 20 plus years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all is to listen to our customer on their needs and what they would like to do. Then walk with them looking at there project and getting a good idea and to make some suggesions to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is getting out there and doing the work. Life has many lessons to teach us and by working and not being afraid to try. Books can teach us so much but getting out there doing it. It' the greatest teacher of all. I do have degree in BA, BS.

We have prices on the work we do. It varies on the job itself, how diffiult it can be to the most simplest job.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this business after I got out of the military. United States Army served for 12 years. I started off with Murry 20 inch push mower. Had a wrench and socket in my pocket to change the mower heights for my customers that would request a different height to cut there lawn. I was taught to work hard and provide good customer service. And the most important part is to give God all the glory for without him i would not have any of this at all.

We have worked with many customers from home owners to big corporations. We treat all our customer' the same. With being honest, upfront, interigty, loyalitly
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have general liability, workmans comp. This way you know that they are covered if for some reason something should happen on the property.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long have they been in business, can they provide some references.
