Hi there my name is Roberta and I do Residential cleaning and commercial cleaning. I do the cleaning myself which includes dusting of all areas ceiling fan baseboards in the first clean. Outside of all cabinets in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, floors are swept and mopped and carpets are vacuum. I also can do some laundry while I am there cleaning the house no more than 3 loads. If laundry is part of the job please let me know ahead of time so I can add to the quote prior to cleaning. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer and discuss their cleaning expectations and then give a quote and set a scheduled day to clean. I have clients that I clean for and they are usually at work and also some that are home while I'm cleaning.
