I'm a female own business women, I've been cleaning and hauling for about 20 to 25 years now. I'm license, bonded and insured, I clean out attic, basement and garage and haul away your unwanted items away for my customer. I have a truck and 2 trailer. I love what I do, ( one of my job I clean out a basement for a lady she got quote for $5000.00 for mold and additional $2000.00 to put air machine down to clean the air out. I came in and charged her $1800.00 to do the job, I help her sort out what she wanted and also took up the carpet for her as well. It took me 2 days and didn't charge her any more money. Also bought her shelving for garage for her stuff. ) I work with my customers I'll help sort your stuff out, pack it up I'll stay there as long as it take me to help you out with your things.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer call, I set up a date and time to meet them to see what they want done. I show them before and after pictures of my work. Like of a bathroom or backsplash to.I also do remodeling as well I tell them that as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for Cement Mason, and my father was a carpenter. I went to a program name Making it in KC, had some OSHA training as well.

No, I charge every job different and I really try to work with my customers. I take payment or even monthly payments as well. I also expect cash and credit cards
How did you get started in this business?
People keep asking me to clean out there garage or attic cause I had a truck. I always like cleaning, I don't go in clean like Mary maids, I do like spring cleaning like that.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, lawyers and teachers some real estate agent to. Just regular people that want some thing clean or haul away. Even Install toliet for them and haul old away.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I Install some backsplash in a kitchen for this customer of mine. Her and her husband was so excited when I got done. I like to see the joy or happiness I can do for my customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Everyone said they can do what I do. I tell them to check there work or get references. I told one customer I hired a guy to help me paint but I end up coming behind him cleaning up his mess cause he got paint everywhere. Just because someone tell you they can paint they really can't paint but they want the job.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask them what all do they do. Make sure they do it in steps first. Don't put new kitchen cabinets in first then you ask them to scrap or get down popcorn ceiling.
