What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a walk thru and I talk over the areas that they feel need most work and start from there. Usually I always do a deep clean first so I know personally every inch of home has been scrubbed down
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I arrived at a gentleman's who started he had just let things go didnt know how things had gotten so messy over the years. I assured him that it wasn't nothing I hadn't seen before. I went in went to work and had the tub shining in know time. The gentlemen was very excited and happy with his shiney bathroom he told me he felt like he was in a new bathroom:)
