What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by scheduling a free in home consultation. We go over everything we do during your cleanings and I give you a referral list, list of what you should expect, go over pricing and I give you a bid sheet, you'll also receive my business card and an envelope for payment. We accept cash, check, and we use several electronic forms of payment. We then proceed to schedule your deep cleaning and your schedule for future cleanings. After you deep cleaning I follow up with you to see how everything looks.
