I have worked on lawnmowers and other outdoor equipment for the past 15 years. I am honest and trustworthy. I try to do repairs at the customers home so they dont have to haul the equipment or have someone come pick it up. If it cant be repaired at the home, I do offer a pickup service for the same cost as the service call fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer contacts me we set up a time and I go to they're house. If I can repair the equipment there, i do and give an invoice and they pay me before I leave. If it cant be repaired site, I bring it back to my shop, do the repair or service and return the item with an invoice and get paid then.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught for the most part, but I did study small engines through Stafford University.
