How did you get started in this business?
We come from a company that we had worked for in St Louis area. We have twenty plus years experiance. Unfortunatley the owners passed and company went under. We did not like the way the other service companies are commission based and started our own company. Commission based companies the techs make more money per parts put on. We don't feel that is fair to the customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all customers of all income levels. We go to houses in the modest neighborhoods as we as customers in the million dollar neighborhoods.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research and the more you know about your appliance the quicker it can be diagnosed. Get to know the technicians that come to your home and it makes for a more pleasant experiance.
