My names Ryan Binder, I've been in building maintenance for 8 years. During that time I've done almost every type of in home small repair imaginable and have had experience in every field. I can do plumbing, electrical, tile and grout, drywall repair, HVAC systems electric and gas and I repaired a wide range of appliances. I can offer great quality work and will provide those services for cheaper than you can get anywhere else. I'm looking to eventually start my own buisness that takes care of there employees so they'll take good care of our clients. No jobs too small and I'm always happy to help. I don't want you to break the bank over clogged drains or have to buy a while new fridge because a bulb is out, I'm here to save you money with less headaches. Some of the jobs I offer are:

-Unclog sink drains, floor drains, and bath tubs

- Put together any furniture

-Install bathroom vanities and sinks

-Repair or replace light fixtures

- Regrout and repair bathroom tile

-Replace Showerheads, tub spouts, even install new tub and kitchen sink faucets

-Install garbage disposals, dishwashers, ice maker supply lines

-Replace outlets or fix electrical issues (light switches not working, loose outlets, replace breakers, install motion sensor lights)

- Repair holes in walls or fix water damage

-Hang drywall

- I can troubleshoot and repair appliances

- I can work on gas and electric furnaces

- I am certified in HVAC and I could save you from a costly air conditioning replacement or at the very least I give you a diagnosis of the HVAC issue for free
