What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process with any new client is getting to know the client. In order to provide the best possible experience for both parties, it's important to know your client's needs, likes, and dislikes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't believe in a standard pricing system. As an experienced individual in the cleaning industry, I have learned that not every job is going to require the same amount of time and effort. Since we do not offer in person estimates before confirming an appointment estimates are always subject to change upon arrival.
We offer hourly pay as well as a fixed rate per service request.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business when I was in 9th grade. My godmother ran a cleaning business that grew so quickly and I loved the idea but also had a better idea as I experienced a lot of clients who needed help with more than just keeping up with the cleanliness of their homes. So I decided to create my own business that would provided more than just cleaning services.
