What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather the information for the project. Size, pictures, any information available. From there we run the information through an advanced estimating system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We send all new hires through equipment operation training, code training, and excavation training. After that all new hires must shadow an experienced operator for 6 months
