What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes for 10+ years. Once we have completed the walk through and discussed the job in full detail I provide them with an estimate. Once they accept the estimate we look at the schedule and work to find the day that fits best for them.

I charge $40 an hour within a 30 mile radius additional fee applied when over 30 mile radius
